Discretion is part of the service. This page explains what Azurienne AI collects through this website and how it is used.
What we collect
- Information you submit through the private list, briefing, callback or concierge forms: name, email, phone (optional), role, yacht or company (optional), yacht size (optional), your interests and anything you choose to write.
- Basic visit counts: which actions were taken on the page (for example, a form submitted or the concierge opened), and campaign tags in the link you used, such as a Boat Show QR code. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
- Security information: a shortened, non-reversible fingerprint of your network address, used only to prevent spam.
How we use it
Only for the purpose you provided it: to respond to you, to send early-access, pilot, training and briefing information you asked for, and to understand which problems matter most to yacht professionals. We do not sell or rent your information.
Where it is kept
Submissions are stored on Azurienne's web hosting provider and are accessible only to the Azurienne team. A copy of each submission may be sent to the team's email so it can be answered promptly.
AI disclosure
The Azurienne Concierge on this website is an automated AI assistant, not a person. It answers only from information Azurienne has approved and will offer to pass your details to a person when it cannot help. It does not make commitments on Azurienne's behalf about pricing, availability or acceptance into any program. If Azurienne introduces an AI phone assistant, it will identify itself as AI at the start of the call.
Azurienne's demonstrations use synthetic data, not real owner, guest or crew information.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing chiefstew@azurienneai.com, replying to any message from us, or using the contact form.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
