Azurienne AI

Less admin. More ocean.

Practical AI systems, training and implementation designed around the people and processes that keep yachts running.

Supporting the people behind extraordinary experiences

AI shouldn't create more work for crew. It should quietly remove it.

Azurienne AI is being built around the realities of yacht operations: long hours, exacting standards, fragmented information, repetitive administration and constant communication.

Technology should make life onboard easier, not more complicated.

Solutions

Examples of where AI may help.

Every vessel and department runs differently. These are the areas we explore first, always starting with your workflows rather than the technology.

  • Guest preference briefs
  • Itinerary support
  • Provisioning support
  • Inventory organization
  • SOP assistance
  • Handovers
  • Onboarding
  • Crew training
  • Crew administration

Assess first

Yacht AI Readiness Audit

Before any technology goes onboard, we assess where AI can genuinely help: workflow friction, repetitive administration, information handling, current tools, training needs, privacy constraints and where human approval must stay in place.

Founder

Built from inside the industry.

Jackie Hodge-Phillips

Founder & AI Architect · Chief Stew of AI™

Azurienne AI was conceived on charter. When you're working 14 to 16 hours a day, you don't watch the news and you don't follow tech. Azurienne was created so that when crew members step back onto land, they aren't clueless about AI.

Before founding Azurienne, Jackie worked as crew, serving as a stewardess aboard the yachts M/Y Midlife Muse, M/Y Il Sogno and M/Y Lady Lorraine, and is training as an AI engineer through Andrew Ng's DeepLearning.AI courses.

Azurienne's AI Chief Stew comes from Lady Lorraine, where Jackie was the solo stewardess. With no chief stew onboard, she would call Clare, an experienced chief stew and the interiors teacher at Professional YachtMaster Training, to ask how to run the boat and what to do on trips. The AI Chief Stew is built to be that call for every crew member.

The goal is not to replace exceptional crew. It is to remove friction, simplify repetitive work, improve access to information and give people better tools.

Technology should support the people who make yachting exceptional.

Responsible AI

Discretion is part of the service.

Yachting runs on trust. Information submitted to Azurienne is handled with care and used for the purpose for which it was provided. Demonstrations use synthetic data, never real owner, guest or crew information.

  • Human oversight
  • Confidentiality
  • Data minimization
  • Clear approval boundaries
  • No AI theatre
